This week, we're spotlighting our recent architectural canopy project for CubeSmart in Tampa, FL, located in the vibrant Ybor City area. Our custom-designed canopies added both functional protection and a striking visual accent to the building.

Scope of Work:

• Architectural Canopies: Fabricated and installed three custom aluminum canopies featuring robust construction, C-channel gutter fascia, self-mating pans, and sturdy structural components.

• Custom Powder Coating: All components and exposed fasteners were powder-coated in a vibrant standard color, enhancing both aesthetics and weather resistance.

• Precision Installation: Completed a detailed site survey prior to fabrication and coordinated efficient delivery and installation, attaching securely to the building's wood blocking to ensure structural integrity.

• Durable Design: Incorporated adjustable steel hanger rods and fabricated scuppers, ensuring long-term functionality and efficient water management.
